Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client?s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA?s ensuring client satisfaction

_

_             IBM WebSphere Application Administrator, around 5-6 Years of experience

_             Administration of IBM WebSphere Product Line i.e., WebSphere Application Server, IHS

_             WebSphere Application Server Installation, resource configuration, deployment of applications, patch installation, Integration

_             Performance tuning and log analysis, Heap dump analysis

_             Handled WAS Upgrade

_             Knowledge of Shell scripting as required for operation support

_             Managing Maximo Admin role will be an added advantage
