Desired Competencies

Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Strong Core Java Development experience Strong Spring Boot experience Exposure to Java 21 version Strong SQL Knowledge

Good-to-Have JUnit / Spock Testing CI/CD Pipeline

Responsibilities / Expectations Understand the requirements Create Java design and implementation Develop, unit test, and deploy Java modules with documentation and industry-specific standards applied Bug fixes Mentor junior developers
