  • EAD and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration and optimization.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  • Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation, and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
  • Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
  • Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
