- Device Configuration
- Mobile Configuration
- Experience with the following modules in UKG Pro WFM:
- Timekeeper
- Accruals
- Leave
- Attendance
- Attestation
- Advanced Scheduler
- Activities
- Business Structure
- Release Management
- HyperFind Queries
- Workforce Genies and Calendars
- Data Access Control Concepts
- Custom Reports
- Experience in UKG Pro configuration and troubleshooting, including knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules, etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed.
