Managed engine Service Desk & app manager, desktop central tool Good Knowledge of ARCOS tool.
Knowledge of User access management and controls to be deployed

Knowledge of Windows , Linux OS, solarwinds tool To setup Manage engine SD tool, Ops manager with application manager
Implementation and deploying ITIL processes in tool
Good understanding of Security policies
Torubleshooting skills.

Handling tool related issues.
Understanding of ITIL process
