Role: Test Engineer

Qualification: B Tech/ M Tech

Location: Bangalore

Experience Range: 6+ Years.

Must have:

• Experience in creating Qualification documents such as QTP, QTR, QSAR and Acceptance Test Procedures for Aerospace components.
• Technical knowledge and experience in Aero - Environmental testing, Structural and Electrical qualification testing
• Ability to understand the requirements of test standards and write procedures, Qualification Plan and provide justification for similarity / Analysis claims for Aero components.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as DO-160, RTCA, MIL-STD, AS9100, ARP4754A, ARP4761
• Support FMEA, FMECA, and reliability predictions as part of risk mitigation
• Experience in creating compliance matrix, Technical Design Review Presentation from customer specification/requirement document.
• Knowledge of environmental testing salt spray, humidity, altitude simulation.
• Technical knowledge in Verification of test data, Analyze the test results, Failure analysis, Test data plots and Test deviations.
• Able to work independently and manage customer calls/meeting on the technical discussion.
• Bachelors degree in mechanical or Aerospace, 8?12 years of aerospace industry experience with a strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience in customer presentations and technical discussions.
• Experience in, pneumatic, hydraulic fuel, or flight control systems is a plus.
• Proficient in tools like Solid works/CATIA or Equivalent is a plus
