Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

?Atleast 10 years of development work experience in Oracle PLSQL based Data warehouse projects. And, with good Shell Scripting experience.

?Hands-on experience in data analysis.

?Very good experience in doing Detailed Design Should be able to design the BigInsights SQL scripts, data modeling (Logical and Physical) independently and provide creative solutions.

?Performance tuning the Oracle PLSQL.

?Functional Testing Functional Test plan and execution experience.

?Must have good technical lead experience and should be able to provide technical solutions for multiple projects in parallel on need basis.

?Able to do effective estimation for Oracle PLSQL based projects.

?Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Very good at team playing and flexibility to work with Offshore team in different time zones based on project needs

Good-to-Have:

• Communicate fixes to the Lead and document the deployment steps
• Superior time management and organization skills the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Must be willing to adapt and execute tasks very quickly
• Open to learn business concepts and create working solutions quickly

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

• Participate in competency development to ensure best-fit and high quality technical solutions
• Create thought leadership within the area of technology specialization
• Identify, evaluate, and respond to key business issues of the existing accounts
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Presales Teams and Strategic Partners, ensuring the successful execution of the sales strategy and delivering the high quality RFPs
• Understand requirements and provide high level solution design that is not only fit for purpose but also is world-class
• Escalate issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, and Resources) to project / program manager
• Collaborates with clients and other functional areas in the design of IT Roadmaps to illustrate architectural complexities and interactions of information systems
• Researches new technological advances to assess current practices for compliance with systems requirements
• Test Status/Metrics Reporting
• Participate in peer reviews/walk troughs of code and development deliverables to ensure completeness and high quality
