We are looking for an experienced O365 & Google Workspace Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365 (O365) and Google Workspace (GWS).
The role involves administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Google Chat, and Meet, along with creating and assigning policies for both MS Teams and Google Workspace.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of O365 and GWS architecture, as well as knowledge of Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities include application testing, troubleshooting, monitoring server availability, and resolving issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, and Copilot Studio administration will be an added advantage, along with being conversant in Generative AI technologies.
Knowledge of JBOSS and PostgreSQL is desirable.
The position also requires vendor management, patch management, and providing 24x7 support in rotational shifts, including weekends.
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
