• Enable and configure GenAI features in SAP SuccessFactors
• Guide clients in activating and using SAP Joule for enhanced productivity
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define AI use cases
• Provide training and support for AI-powered tools
• Monitor AI usage and optimize for performance and compliance

Technology Brief

• Familiarity with SAP Joule AI-powered assistant for SAP consultants
• Understanding of SAP Business AI and AI Unit licensing
• Ability to configure AI Services Administration, RBP roles, and AI Access permissions
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and IAS/IPS provisioning
• Familiarity with Job Profile Builder (JPB) and MDF Objects
• Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and bias mitigation
• Exposure to SAP Joule for Consultants setup and enablement
