Job Description- 1 to 8 years in Sourcing, Contracting and Procurement operations (PR to PO) processes
- Experience dealing with international suppliers/customers
- Europe sourcing and procurement experience preferred
- Experience in leading sourcing projects, building and executing RFPs, evaluating responses
- Experience in Price & bid analysis
- Coordinate and execute bid clarification/management, conduct supplier negotiation, award contracts to selected suppliers
- Experience in drafting and managing contracts
- Reporting, spend analysis, and delivering spend results
- Manage a team of 20-25 members, including recruitment, training, and attrition of team members
- Initiate process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Manage processes and metrics on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure delivery and meet SLAs
- Liaise with client organization for any delivery requirement
- Resolve queries coming from both requesters and suppliers
- Contract & Catalog creation, administration, and compliance monitoring
- Support category teams with administrative tasks such as spend consolidations (rework some data), review purchase orders, etc.
- Identify and resolve exceptions
- Process improvement
