Job Title: Quality Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Experience range: 5+Years

Education: Bachelors Engineering degree in computer science, or related field.

Must have:

• 5 Plus years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes as per Aerospace Standards (DO178, ARP4754..)
• Proficiency in defect tracking and driving to closure.
• Collaborate with developers and product and testing teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Ensure compliance with QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Active participation in requirement analysis and provide feedback on software designs, testability, and quality risks.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for stakeholders within scheduled timelines.
• Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines for software development and testing activities.
• Hands on experience with configuration tools (MKS & DOORs..).
• Experience with Technical & Process Quality Audits and SOI Audits as per Aerospace Standard DO178C.
• Experience with test automation tools (any) and programming languages (C, Python, or similar) is a plus.
  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
