Must-Have

1. Worked in ITSM, CMDB, Performance Analytics, Now Assist and Integrations . Experienced in Scripting, Flow Designers and Team Management. Good conceptual Knowledge of SNOW platform. Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
2. Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (4+ years)
3. Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles
4. Experience of working with Integrations, E-bonding is preferred
5. Experience in Production support of ServiceNow
6. Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
7. Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Consultancy experience will be advantageous
8. Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
