• Develop and maintain telemetry, documentation, and best practices for performance, capacity, and incident management.
  
• Deploy infrastructure programmatically using APIs and SDKs.
  
• Systems Administration & Platform Expertise
  
• Provide deep systems administration support for Linux, Windows, networking, hypervisors, and storage.
  
• Host and support highly available web applications, including server setup, tuning, and debugging.

• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Go).
  
• Deep expertise in Linux and Windows administration.
  
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation platforms (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef, AWS CDK).
  
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harness).
  
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (HTTP, TLS, SSH, DNS).
  
• Experience with container orchestration and cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, VMware).
