  • Should have professional approach towards problems and responding to them in a timely manner.
  • Should have basic and advanced level skills on handling various type of endpoints & devices in the end user category.
  • Responding to the issues of servicing with effective skills.
  • Should know how to tackle & handle technical support queries
  • Should be keen to learn and develop on new technologies.
  • Should have good exposure to mobile devices.
  • Should be aware upcoming technologies
