Role & responsibilities

• Handle escalated incidents and problems for Saviynt IGA platform.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain Saviynt workflows, access request forms, and provisioning policies.
• Customize connectors and integrations using Java, Groovy, REST APIs.
• Integrate Saviynt with target systems (AD, LDAP, SAP, databases, cloud apps).
• Apply patches, perform version upgrades, and ensure system stability.
• Build scripts for reconciliation, role mining, and certification campaigns.
• Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit requirements.
• Work with L2 teams, architects, and business units; provide documentation and KT.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in Saviynt IGA platform.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS).
• Knowledge of Identity Governance, RBAC, and Access Certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (ServiceNow/Jira).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SailPoint, Okta, or other IAM tools.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, OIDC protocols.
• Experience in automation and DevOps practices.
