Job Title: SAP S2P & VIM Consultant

Experience Range: 6- 12 years

Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore, Delhi

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Job Description

• Gather business requirements, design VIM solutions, and map processes (e.g., PO-based, Non-PO).
• Configure VIM workflows, document types, approval processes and Data Capture (ICC/OCR).
• Connect VIM with SAP MM (Materials Management) and FI (Finance) modules.
• Resolve issues with invoice posting, workflows, and system performance, including post-go-live hyper care.
• Define functional specifications for ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Develop test scripts, perform UAT, and train end-users.
• Create solution designs, process flows, and user guides.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in OpenText VIM (ECC & S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of SAP MM & FI (AP, Procurement).
• Experience with OpenText components like ICC (Intelligent Capture), BCC (Business Center), and Archive Center.
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and S/4HANA is a plus.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Typical Project Phases

1. Blueprint/Design: Analyze requirements, design solution.
2. Build/Configure: Set up VIM settings, workflows, integrations.
3. Testing: Functional testing, UAT.
4. Go-Live/Cutover: Deploy solution, provide support.
5. Post-Go-Live: Hypercare, ongoing support, optimization.
