Employment Information

Must Have:

1. SucessFactors certification in Compensation module & Variable Pay

2. 5+ End to End Implementations for SuccessFactors Compensation & Varibale Pay

3. Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles

workflows and business rules.

4. Analyse and map the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution

5. Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for

payroll.

6. Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports


Good to Have:


1. Good to have experience in Variable Pay and R&R

2. Knowledge in Variable pay configurations

3. Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.

4. Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the

customer within the agreed SLA

5. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when

needed

6. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,

performance, availability, and system uptimes

7. Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status

updates

8. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)

and adhere to customers quality policy and procedures.

9. Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly

Status Meetings

10. Provide service improvement suggestions
