Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Billing professional to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement for SAP ISU Billing modules, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery for our utility clients.
Role & responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP ISU Billing processes, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
- Monitor and manage billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate billing execution.
- Analyse and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SAP ISU Billing within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements.
- Configure, test, and deploy changes within the SAP ISU Billing module as required for business needs.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
- Document solutions, configuration changes, and support procedures for knowledge management.
- Participate in regular client meetings, providing updates on ongoing issues and enhancements.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and basic development skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
- Prior exposure to AMS delivery models and remote support environments.
