SAP Ariba Functional Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba modules including:
  • Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I)
  • Ariba Sourcing
  • Ariba Contracts
  • Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
  • Ariba Guided Buying
• Design and optimize endtoend SourcetoPay (S2P) / ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes.
• Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements into SAP Ariba functional designs.

Integration & Technical Responsibilities

• Configure integration between SAP Ariba and:
  • SAP ECC
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP CPI / CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
• Manage master data integration (vendors, materials, GL, cost centers).
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot integration and transactional issues across systems.

Implementation & Support

• Participate in full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementations (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy).
• Configure workflows, approval rules, and compliance controls.
• Support golive activities and postproduction stabilization.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement initiatives.
