Must-Have**

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements.
- Translate Business User functional requests requirements to build technical objects utilizing best practices.
- Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
- Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct working sessions with business users as required.
- Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA/IBP/ECC/APO/GTS and table structures, data elements/fields, & table inter-dependencies.
- Able to work with Basis team during troubleshooting providing guidance when required.
- The ability to research and apply OSS notes as required to resolve issues.
- Will need to become proficient in working within our ticketing system ServiceNow.
- Must be a self-starter with ability to manage work with minimal supervision.
- Will work with operations team in support break/fix activities as well as some project work.
- Will be in an on-call rotation supporting team / organization
- Expected to meet SLA commitments defined by IT and agreed upon by the organization.
- Needs to be a self-starter and able to work independently following Corning established coding guidelines.
- Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility.
- Develop software systems, including programming, documentation and testing procedures.
- Provide support and advice in all technical aspects during implementation.
- Assist technical teams in addressing questions and concerns along with reviewing deliverables to ensure they are in alignment with overall roadmap
- SAP Development Experience including SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related technical field.
- ABAP Development experience required
- Fiori, Adobe Forms, and Workflow experience is strongly desired
- SAP HANA Cloud development capabilities (side-by-side development)
- Experience in S/4 HANA 1709 or higher
- Experience with Eclipse / WebIDE / ADT
- Code Analysis through Customer Code Cockpit
- Code Performance Checking
- Change Request Management (CSOL/Retrofit) and/or Focused Build including release management
- Traditional ABAP coding and OO coding knowledge required.
- Excellent knowledge of SapScript and Smartform programing is a must.
- Working knowledge of Adobe forms is a must.
- Excellent communication and written skills to aid in RICEF creation and design document creation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices regarding ABAP development.
- Highly proficient in debugging complex programs.
- ServiceNow experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and communication skills is a must.
