Role: Salesforce Testing

Experience: 6+years

Work Location: Kolkata/Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai

Requirement Analysis & Test Planning:

a) Understand business requirements, Salesforce configurations, and customizations to create detailed test plans and strategies.

Functional & Regression Testing:

a) Execute test cases for Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including workflows, validation rules, and integrations.

Automation & Tools Expertise:

a) Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or Salesforce-specific testing frameworks.

Defect Management & Reporting:

a) Identify, document, and track defects in tools like JIRA; collaborate with developers and admins for timely resolution.

Integration & Data Validation
