Experience in large-scale implementation of FSC cloud, data model optimization and if possible, Data Migration into SFI.

Develop and customise application using Lightning Web component and Apex.

Knowledge of hands-on experience with Omni studio (Omniscripts, Data raptors, Flex cards, Integration procedures etc.)
