Sales Head ? Global Capability Centers (GCC) Experience: 15 to 20 years

Overview
The Head of Sales ? GCCs is responsible for leading the company?s business growth within India?s GCC ecosystem. This leader will develop and implement a strategic go-to-market plan, establish relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs) at GCCs, and drive revenue growth through consultative sales. The role involves helping clients drive innovation, product engineering, and digital transformation that aligns with their global objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GCC landscape, a proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions, and a well-established network of contacts with leading GCCs in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the GIS Services strategy aligned with IoT DE objectives and enterprise goals.
- Drive end-to-end service delivery for GIS solutions across multiple industries and geographies.
- Build and manage a high-performing GIS team, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with industry leaders and internal stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities in GIS and IoT.
- Develop partnerships with technology providers and drive adoption of advanced GIS tools and platforms.
- Monitor KPIs for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key KPIs
- Revenue growth and gross margin from GCC accounts.
- Number of new GCC logos acquired.
- Pipeline quality and conversion rates.
- Strategic visibility (events, thought leadership, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in engineering and/or an MBA from a reputable institution is essential.
Experience Required
- At least 15?20 years of total experience, with 5+ years in GCC-focused business development or account management roles.
- Proven track record in selling engineering, R&D, or digital transformation services to global enterprises or GCCs.
