Role & responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and good communication skills
• Worked on Fare audit project - Refunds, Reissue and Prime Sale audit with knowledge of Airline policies
• Experience of working on multiple GDS (Amadeus preferred)
• Working experience in Airline Refunds Application or Claims processing.
• Agency Debit Memo Analyst.
• Interpretate Fares Rules
• Ability to perform Airline Fare Calculation or Construction and Fare strings.
• Ability to read Airline Passengers PNR.
