TCS is hiring for Passenger Revenue Accounting-Refunds!

• 
  
• Receive refund requests from BSP ? download requests and record details.
  
• Work on calculations and update BSP with final calculation.
  
• Once accepted, provide credit to the passenger or staff.
  

• 
  
• Well versed with PNR reading, including PNR, PNR history, and interpretation of remarks.
  
• IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred.
  
• Fare filing and fare auditing knowledge ? preferable but not mandatory.
  
• Refunds knowledge, including calculating refunds and processing refund rules.
  
• Refunds processing via BSP / ARC / GDS; GDS knowledge.
  
• Experience with refunds in a travel agency, airline, GDS, travel portal, or refunds back office process.
  
• Information on non-refundable taxes and ability to read/interpret tax information in Amadeus.
  
• Ability to work on Amadeus PNR cases and refund requests from BSP link.
  

• 
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of tickets issued with various forms of payment (CASH/CC).
  
• Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications.
  
• Understanding of general procedures for over refund/under refund cases.
  
• Ability to handle all types of refund calculations for exchange, partial, or downgrade cases.
  
• Willing to work in shifts.
