TCS is Hiring for MS PKI - L3

Experience: 10+ Years

Location : Chennai/ Bangalore/Hyderabad

Must-Have :PKI Design and architecture, Certificate lifecycle management, HSM

Good-to-Have:Cloud based PKI solutions, Scripting and automation.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise-grade PKI environments

Develop and maintain PKI architecture, including CA hierarchy, certificate templates and key management.

Manage issuance, renewal, and revocation of digital certificates across systems and applications.

Provide Level 3 support for PKI-related incidents, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Troubleshoot certificate chain, trust issues, and application integration failures.

Conduct regular audits, reporting, and remediation for certificate lifecycle management

Maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

Ability to perform platform upgrades including version upgrades for Microsoft ADCS,
SHA-1 to SHA-2 upgrades

Analyze and co-ordinate security incidents involving digital certificates, Root cause investigations and lead remediation efforts

Hands on Experience in Hardware security Module (HSM)

Hands on Experience in Root CA and Sub CA Renewals

Co-ordinate with vendors and external partners on Maintenance, support and Key backups

Mentor and train junior PKI Engineers on best practices and operational procedures
