Role: Performance Tester

Experience: 6+years

Work Location: Kolkata/Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai

Performance Testing

Requirement Gathering & Tool Setup

a) Understand performance benchmarks and set up tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.

Load & Stress Testing

a) Simulate concurrent users and transactions to measure system scalability.

Monitoring & Analysis

a) Track CPU, memory, and network utilization during tests; identify bottlenecks.

Defect Reporting & Optimization

a) Document performance issues and recommend tuning strategies.

Benchmarking & Reporting

a) Provide detailed performance reports against SLAs and KPIs.

Note: Virtual/Video call interview will be on 2nd Dec 2025 @10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
