Experience: 4 to 13 Years

• Should have experience in Oracle ERP R12 Financials Technical landscape.
• Should be aware of Oracle ERP data model/functional working of for AR, AP, GL, CM modules.
• Good in PL/SQL technical programming
• Good debugging skills and Analytical skills.
• Good with Excel for transformation of data between source and destination formatting
• Good in Oracle Form Personalization and Customization
• Hands on Experience in Oracle Upgrades Database and Application
• Good to have some workflow, unix knowledge along with SOA/OSB.
• Good to have hands-on experience on above mentioned tools.
• Good Communication skills to go on calls with UK Clients confidently and building rapport.
• Good interpersonal skills which will allow you, over time, to provide guidance to peers and project colleagues.
• Strong personal impact and influence.
• Good stakeholder and relationship management.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Participation in meeting required for project with various stakeholders.
