Collaborate with various stakeholders and identify automation opportunities

Identify various automation candidates for approval by the customer (from incident management process, problem management process and request management process) and implement

Maintain the portfolio of automation, manage & resolve incidents

Provide detailed reporting related to business case & gains and regularly report on progress (newsletter of achievements)

Manage the rational & principals and propose tooling when applicable, ensure they are strictly followed.
