Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 infrastructure.
Managing global configuration for Exchange.
Strong understanding of MS Exchange 2010 / 2013 /2016 in an enterprise environment
Strong Understanding of backup and restore procedures, front end/back end setups, message flow and security.
Troubleshooting day to day Exchange Administration
Managing Exchange updates/upgrades.
Developing and maintaining security standards relating to messaging services.
Experience in managing global configuration for Exchange.
Experience with messaging and directory services technologies, including: LDAP (Active Directory),SMTP, Internet domain records
Experience with implementation and management of unified messaging role in Exchange.
- Ability to create, replicate and assign rights of Public Folder(s).
2) Office 365 Administrator and Collaboration Services
Managing the day to day administration, support, Maintenance and monitoring of the Office 365
Experience in managing mailbox migration
Experience with implementation and management of mailboxes in Hybrid scenario
Experience in Dir-Sync / AAD Connect environment.
Experience in SSO deployment
Strong Understanding of backup and restore procedures, e-Discovery, DLP, AIP and security entities.
Experience in Intune / EMS management
Experience in Email Security Gateways
Experience in SPF, DMARC, DKIM and its implementation
Experience in Retention policies and retention tags
Experience in License management
Experience in Azure AD for autoenrollment
Experience in Conditional Access policies and Location management
Experience in MDM and MAM policies.
3.) G-Suite Administration
G Suite (Advanced knowledge of Gmail and a comprehensive knowledge of all other core G Suite apps).
Google Cloud Directory Sync.
Message routing and associated troubleshooting.
Message Hygiene Technologies and SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Configuring and troubleshooting email transport technologies (DNS, SMTP, IMAP4, POP3, etc and associated desktop and mobile clients.
Planning and execution of email migrations.
Spam and phishing outbreak response and mitigation.
Mobile devices and Mobile Device Management technologies.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot syncs between AD and G Suite.
Ability to provide assistance to 2nd Line Support as required.
E-mail Monitoring, Messaging System health monitoring.
4). Collaboration Services ( Lync / Skype for Business / Microsoft Teams)
Strong Understanding of Unified Communications technology to lead Microsoft Lync Server, SFB and MS Team design architecture and its management.
Perform configuration, testing, and deployment of all Microsoft collaboration technologies
Ability to design, implement, and manage VoIP solutions, manage policies for access and meetings
Experience with Microsoft Skype for Business and MS Teams federation in hybrid scenario
Day to Day administration of MS Skype for Business and MS Teams.
