Role : MuleSoft Developer / Support Analyst

Exp : 5 - 10 years

Location : Pune/Chennai

• Experience with Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, API Management
• Experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric and On-premises deployment models
• Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals and API analytics based on technical specifications with Mulesoft API Manager
• Respond to and resolve incidents escalated from operational teams and performance tuning requests utilizing critical thinking skills
• Configure monitoring, custom application alerts, flow metrics using third party monitoring tools like Splunk
• Experience working directly with technical and business teams
• Deploying and configuring integration applications in Mulesoft Anypoint platform
• Work with developers to triage production bugs, manage queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues
• Strong understanding and experience with security (e.g., SSL/Mutual SSL, SAML, OAuth, Certificates)
• Process improvement: Enable Observability dashboard for end-to-end monitoring, Operational scripts for Integrations
