Job Role - Provide customer service through daily interactions to build relationships of mutual trust and confidence with customers.
- Understand customers circumstances and match appropriate solutions through sound knowledge of practices, policies, and procedures.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, inquiries, issues, or complaints.
- Prepare correspondence, including payoff letters, in a manner that reflects bank policies and guidelines while protecting the integrity of the customer.
- Coordinate with solicitors, settlement agents, and brokers for loan payoff; coordinate with indexing teams, credit teams, etc. as required, and follow up to meet TAT requirements.
- Perform data entry into systems, such as loading direct debit instructions, offsets or nominations, changing customer information, updating existing loan information, or initiating refunding transactions.
- Review and complete payments to builders and customers for the construction of a house, including amending and distributing schedules, ordering inspections, completing valuations, and actioning emails related to payments.
- Verify the process of releasing security titles post loan discharge.
- Apply additional discounts on variable loans as per instructions received from product teams.
- Update correct information relating to customer, security, etc., in the security application.
- Investigate queries on loan accounts maintained in the existing systems and apply loan features as requested by the customer.
Qualifications and Experience - Graduate Degree or above (Bachelor of Commerce preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage servicing or a relevant field.
