• Strong experience in system design for distributed, high-throughput environments
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot preferred) and RESTful API development
• Hands-on expertise with MongoDB aggregation framework, performance tuning, and Atlas console operations
• Familiarity with MongoDB oplog, storage internals, and optimization techniques for streaming workloads
• Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus

Candidates with a MongoDB Associate Developer certification would be a strong fit.
