Must-Have

1. Candiate must have knowledge in Cobol,JCL,DB2,TWS and basic tools in Mainframe environment

2. Candiate must have worked on change management tools.

3. Knowledge on Agile ways of working would be good.

4. Experienced in Analysis, Design, Development, testing in Mainframe application.

5. Excellent Communication skills

6. Ability to lead a team of developers

Good-to-Have

1. Snowflake or SAS Certification

2. Experience on European Banking

3. Working experience on any migration project

4. Experience in Testing

5. Innovative and Result oriented

6. Know-How on HTML and JavaScript would be appreciable
