Role & responsibilities

? Design, develop, and customize Liferay Portal applications and components (portlets, themes, hooks, etc.). ? Implement new features and enhancements based on business requirements. ? Integrate Liferay with backend systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other middleware. ? Develop and maintain custom workflows using Liferay Workflow and Kaleo. ? Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize portal performance.

Preferred candidate profile

? 6 to 8 years of professional experience working with Liferay Portal (version 6.x, 7.x preferred). ? Strong Java development skills, including J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and Spring Framework. ? Experience with Liferay portlet development using MVC frameworks like MVC, MVCPortlet, or Vaadin. ? Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. ? Knowledge of database design and SQL (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL). ? Experience with Liferay Service Builder and OSGi module development.
