  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Good knowledge of dialer management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dialer management
Responsibilities
  • Managing dialer operations
  • Providing L1 voice support
  • Real-time PRI monitoring
  • Agent ID creation and deletion
  • Creating and managing campaigns
  • Uploading/re-churning data on dialer
  • Agents alignment and real-time monitoring
  • Restricting referral, PTP, DNC, wrong numbers, and paid accounts
  • Filter change and strategy implementation
Technical Skills
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Networking
  • Knowledge of dialer will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills - English (spoken & written)
Desired Skills

Additional Details
  • Should be flexible to work in a 7-day working environment with rotational offs
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (between 8:00 AM 7:00 PM)
