Key responsibilities

Please find a brief description of the role (Java Developer):

• Work as part of DevOps Scrum team and be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Java applications in Azure.
• Responsible for creation of Restful APIs in Java
• Responsible for supporting the implementation of Azure products, functions, resources, and capabilities.
• Designing and developing high volume, low latency applications for mission critical systems and delivering high availability and performance.
• Contributing in all phases of development cycle

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience in Programming. Especially in Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Cloud design concepts and implementations, preferably with Azure hands-on experience in networking, storage, monitoring, security and compute services, PaaS solutions e.g. App Services, API Management, Azure SQLDB
• Hands on experience in REST APIs and Service oriented Architecture
• Practicing the CICD principles for example Git, Artifacts, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of using Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Agile way of working .
