IVR Testing (Interactive Voice Response)
Call Flow Validation
Test IVR menus, prompts, and routing logic for accuracy and user experience.
Functional & Regression Testing
Validate DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and fallback mechanisms.
Integration Testing
Ensure IVR works with backend systems like CRM, ticketing, and telephony platforms.
Load & Stress Testing
Simulate high call volumes to check IVR performance and stability.
Reporting & Defect Tracking
Document test results, identify issues, and collaborate with developers for fixes.
