Role & responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri,Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, referrals and social media platforms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for IT requirements.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidate fit as per job requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills, competencies, and hiring priorities
• Perform market mapping and talent research for niche/Super niche hiring
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in Excel trackers and track sourcing metrics
• Engage candidates through emails, calls, LinkedIn messages & consistent followups
• Support the recruitment team with interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the sourcing cycle.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT skills, roles & technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good to Have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search & sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of endtoend recruitment lifecycle.
