Location: Mumbai

Seeking for an experienced marketing professional with over 12+ years if experience who will drive the B2B marketing strategy/ marketing & comms. for TCS Global Consulting Practice. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning, generate leads, and support business teams in engaging enterprise clients and other stakeholders. This role required deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing, etc.

Job Responsibilities-

  • Strategy and Planning Develop marketing strategy and support annual and quarterly marketing planning for the unit in line with the key business group objectives and deliver to agreed KPIs and metrics
  • Campaign planning and execution including building theme narratives, messaging/positioning, publishing and promotion. Establish personas and buyer journeys using data, research, and insights.
  • Lead nurturing by conceptualizing, creating, and communicating thoughtful and effective Industry messaging & market positioning using a powerful tech driven marketing framework.
  • Sales enablement by collaborating with business and account teams to develop messaging narrative and structured frameworks to proactively communicate to the enterprise on industry matters. Develop collateral/ content assets including videos, decks, brochure, digital booklets- enabling customers and prospects to easily understand the value proposition, offering capabilities, and differentiation.
  • Thought Leadership and Academia- Creation of compelling marketing content such as white papers, POV papers, academia artifacts for high-visibility and TL impactworking closely with high profile leaders, futurists, and SMEs
  • PR & Media: Build TCS Thought leadership in leading media and industry publications in the respective regions and enhance leadership profile through strategic engagement in media and social media channels.
  • Lead messaging, developing unique thought leadership and sales enablement contentand executing go-to-market programs across a variety of digital channels, media and events, working closely with other Comms and Marketing team members to deliver to agreed metrics
  • Market Research ? Support competitor, market and account-based intelligence studies across multiple sources and cull out actionable insights.
  • Customer advocacy ? collaborate with Business teams to amplify customer stories through message development and translating technical messages into compelling stories
  • Analyst Relationship management - Monitor and contribute to industry and analyst responses and messages for Industry marketing goals.
  • Develop GTM initiatives including planning bespoke industry events, identify large Industry forums to leverage, plan strategic webinars, and other social/digital platforms through which leads can be generated and nurtured.
  • Corporate Initiatives? Support corporate led initiatives such as EBC, Summits, Innovations Forums, Sponsorships and use them for engaging with clients.
  • Event management and Client Engagement: Manage events and client visits. Conceptualize and execute all marketing & branding requirements for events and client visits.
  • Internal Marketing ? Facilitate consistent and timely communication with ISU stakeholders via regular mailers, infographics, etc.
  • Reporting Ownership: Define processes and timelines for marketing planning and reporting including regular reviews of marketing performance through KPI tracking and reporting. Manage the weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and annual reporting process as per guidelines from BG and industry marketing.
  • Integration with corporate functions: Collaborate with teams across marketing, business operations, sales, finance, legal/compliance, HR and other lines of business to translate business objectives into marketing metrics, and provide communication, education, tracking and reporting on metrics and business results from marketing investments. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

  • Functional Experience:12-15 years marketing experience
  • Industry Experience:LSHCERU, BFSI, Retail, CBG, Education, etc
  • Service/Technology Experience:Advisory services,Mergers and Acquisition, Supply Chain, Organization Change Management, Innovation as a Service, Cyber Security, IoT, Cloud, AI, Data, analytics, and insights.
    Education:MBA in Marketing or related field
