Role** Japanese Bilingual Manual Tester

2 Required Technical Skill Set** Selenium, Jira, Postman, SonarQube, LoadRunner, JMeter, GenRocket

1. JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers 2. Must have 3 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects 3. Knowledge and hands on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC) in insurance (Life & P&C) or financial services domains. 4. Experience writing and executing detailed test cases/scripts and clear test documentation. 5. Understanding of Agile/sprint-based QA and distributed team collaboration. 6. Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams 7. Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours

Good-to-Have 1. Hands-on experience with automation and integration testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI, Postman, etc.). 2. Familiarity with test data management and synthetic data generation (GenRocket). 3. Basic SQL/database testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with CI/CD environments.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams

2 Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Testing projects running under STLC model

3 Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to: ? Create test plans, design test cases, and define test data
