• Good knowledge in accounting reconciliation, month end close, journal entry posting. The Finance Control Analyst role will be responsible for processing financial transactions to prevent growth of suspense balance items, specifically the more complex items.
• Strong team and performance management skills.
• Proficiency using MS Office with good typing speed (at least 30 WPM).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused and excellent team player/strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Mode of salary credit should be through bank for all employees (no cash in hand).
