Position OverviewThe Exit Interview Specialist is responsible for managing the exit process of employees, conducting structured interviews, gathering feedback, and providing insights to improve retention and workplace culture. This role requires a high level of efficiency, effectiveness, and attention to employee data. The specialist will manage the group mailbox and SharePoint for incoming requests and update the respective tool with employee responses.
Knowledge and Experience- 4-9 years of working experience in the exit interview process
- Knowledge and understanding of exit interview call handling
- Strong communication and listening skills are mandatory
- Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees
- Experience working with and managing group mailbox and SharePoint
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure objective, unbiased discussions
- Liaison with ethics and compliance teams on related concerns
- Write emails and provide clarifications to employees
