Role: End User Support - L1

Location: Dholera, Gujarat

Experience: 8-10 years


Core Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals running Windows and macOS.
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues.
Handle limited Linux-based systems support as required.
Assist with OS installations, upgrades, and patch management.
Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with higher-level support teams for escalations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Basic understanding of Linux environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and common productivity tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
