Role Summary The Employee Relations incumbent will be responsible for supporting the resolution of employee concerns and ensuring fair, consistent application of workplace policies. This role involves working closely with employees, managers, and HR colleagues to provide guidance on employee relations matters, maintain compliance, and promote a positive employee experience.
Role Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, concerns, and grievances.
- Support investigations into workplace matters such as performance issues, conduct, or policy violations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of cases in HR systems or case management tools.
- Assist in the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Counsel employees and managers on workplace concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful approach.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance teams where required.
