Required Technical Skill Set
The candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge and implementation experience with CyberArk 9.x including:
Core CyberArk Modules
- Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
- Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Application Identity Manager (AIM)
- Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
Technical Expertise
- Minimum 2 full-cycle implementation projects integrating CyberArk 9.x with:
- Windows Servers
- Unix/Linux servers
- Databases
- Network devices
- Experience in complex customizations, reporting, and thirdparty integrations.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation and integration.
- Strong understanding of endpoint onboarding and offboarding processes across multi-platform environments.
- Ability to automate onboarding and integration workflows using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell, etc.).
- Strong understanding of privileged account administration across Windows, Unix, Database, and Network systems.
- Experience in preparing detailed design documentation, solution architecture, and integration manuals.
- Hands-on experience implementing CyberArk Brokering Solutions based on approved design.
- Good understanding of BAU support operations:
- SLA management
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Strong analytical and technical problemsolving skills.
- CyberArk certification is highly desirable.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform all responsibilities of a CyberArk Engineer for ongoing and new projects.
- Troubleshoot CyberArk product components, configurations, and integrations across multiple platforms.
- Ensure adherence to agreed project timelines and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional support, operations, and security teams.
- Provide support for CyberArk environments during deployment and BAU phases.
- Maintain documentation for installation, configurations, and operational procedures.
