Composite Engineer - Job Description Composite Engineer Location:

Bangalore

Experience:

Minimum 3-10 Years of experience

Must Have:

Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering.
Proven experience as a Design Engineer, including advanced composites and Tool Design, GD&T, BOM, and FMEA.
Ability to generate 3D CAD models and assembly drawings in CATIA, Fiber SIM, UG NX or similar.
Understanding of design principles, simple hand calculations, and experience in running FEA simulations (preferred).
Understanding of Design, Analysis, and Failure Mechanism in Composite Structures.
Knowledge of the fabrics, fibers of carbon, glass, Kevlar, etc., and their properties and use.
Understanding of composite manufacturing techniques like layup, molding, and curing.
Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desired but not mandatory.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to composite manufacturing.
Familiarity with AS9145 (APQP) and AS9100 quality standards would be a plus.
Able to work under minimal supervision while ensuring good communication with customers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's and/or Master's in Aerospace, Mechanical, Product Design Engineering, or similar.
Experience in UAV, Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Marine industry, or similar.
