• Represent the project as a FF/Logistics expert.
• An effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience of leading teams with high visibility and performance-driven.
• People management, conflict management, and influencing skills.
• Work closely with customers and multiple stakeholders to set up and establish an ocean logistics/freight forwarder team.
• Proactively drive internal initiatives with a high sense of urgency.
• Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline.
