• Oversee and perform complex air way bill audits and proration to ensure correct revenue capture.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate application of payments.
• Act as primary liaison with finance accounting to ensure correct postings in ERP.
• Lead initiatives for process improvements and transformation within the revenue accounting functions.
• Manage and reconcile interline billing, particularly through the IATA settlement systems (SIS), and handle rejections.
• Oversee the Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) reconciliation and ensure timely invoicing to customers (CASS & NON CASS Agents).
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of accruals and ensuring timely book close.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into cargo revenue performance, trends, and KPIs.
