In-depth knowledge of end-to-end Airline Cargo Operation processes.
Hands-on experience with cargo management platforms such as iCargo, CHAMP, Skychain, SmartKargo, etc., with detailed knowledge of operational modules including Customer Management, Stock Management, Revenue Management, Export & Import Management, EDI messaging, and API integration.
Resolve escalations and exceptions during cargo operation processes and serve as the go-to person for any operational issues in the cargo supply chain.
Deliver training and development sessions to build operational knowledge within the team.
Lead, motivate, and manage operation teams with experience in managing large teams.
Provide onsite cargo consulting services, including operations domain consulting, cargo management system selection, and implementation support.
Support cargo RFP responses and design appropriate solutions.
Create new cargo offerings.
Lead customer communication during presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.
